Research standards
Dates, directors, cast names and production facts are checked against public reference sources such as official distributors, established film databases, film institutes and well-sourced reference works. When sources disagree, the page avoids false precision or explains the discrepancy.
Corrections
Film history is full of alternate release dates, international titles and credits that vary by print. If you have a better primary or archival source, send it through the contact page and include the page URL.
Reviews and opinion
Editorial descriptions distinguish factual information from interpretation. A movie can be historically interesting and still be ridiculous; those are not mutually exclusive conditions.
